What the finished terms need to cover:

• Who provides Plateline (business name and ABN)
• The subscription: price, GST, billing date, free trial and what happens when it ends
• Cancelling: from the billing page, effective at the end of the paid month, and what happens to the restaurant's data
• What restaurants may and may not use Plateline for
• Availability, support and limits of liability
• Changes to price or terms, and how much notice restaurants get
